Julia your writings both here and on Medium have helped me so much with my psychedelic integration. I'm relatively new at this. Have done 4 journeys with MDMA and Psilocybin. My last journey has been troubling to me in that I am struggling with the integration process. Your writings have helped me with understanding the process more, getting in touch with my wounded inner child (through IFS) and finding those protectors that need to let go of her.
